1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on paid subscription plans (Premium and Organizer) purchased on StumpVision Interactive ("Service"). We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience, and we aim to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently.
Since all plan upgrades are processed manually through our support team, refund requests are also handled personally on a case-by-case basis.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan on StumpVision Interactive is completely free of charge and does not involve any payments. Therefore, no refunds apply to the Free plan. You can use the Free plan indefinitely without any financial commitment.
3. Paid Plans (Premium & Organizer)
Our paid plans — Premium (₹99/month) and Organizer (₹499/month) — are billed monthly. Since all upgrades are processed manually by our support team, the following refund terms apply:
- Full Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of your payment and have not extensively used the premium features, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you request a refund after 7 days but within 15 days of payment, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion based on usage.
- No Refund: Refund requests made after 15 days from the date of payment are generally not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@playstumpvision.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your username and the date of your payment
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original UPI ID or bank account used for the payment
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan upon refund completion
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- All your cricket data, match records, and statistics will be preserved
- You can re-subscribe to a paid plan at any time in the future
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension
- Requests made after 15 days from the date of payment
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on our Pricing page prior to purchase
- Failure to use the Service does not automatically qualify for a refund
8. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by sending a detailed email to support@playstumpvision.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute." Our management team will review the case and provide a final decision within 10 business days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
