Yes. The free plan is genuinely free with no time limit. You can create matches, add players, and track basic statistics at no cost. Premium features require a paid plan.

No. You do not need a credit card to register or use the free plan. Simply create an account with your name and username and start using the platform immediately.

You can reset your password using the secret recovery code you created during registration. Go to the password reset page, enter your username and recovery code, and set a new password.

The secret recovery code is a unique code you create during registration. It's used to verify your identity when resetting your password. Keep it safe — it's the only way to recover your account if you forget your password.

Yes. With the Premium or Organizer plan, you can create and manage complete cricket leagues including fixtures, standings, points tables, and results.

The free plan allows you to create up to 5 matches. For unlimited matches, you can upgrade to the Premium or Organizer plan.

Yes. StumpVision tracks detailed player statistics including runs scored, wickets taken, batting average, bowling economy, and complete match-by-match performance history.

To upgrade, simply send an email to support@playstumpvision.com with your username and the plan you are interested in. Our support team will contact you directly and help you complete the process.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Your account will revert to the free plan with its included features.

Yes. All matches and leagues you create are private by default. Only you and the users you invite can access your private match and league data. We do not share your data with third parties.

All passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption. Your password is never stored in plain text on our servers.
